Q- What is your exchange/return policy?
A- If you are unsatified with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 60 days to be exchanged or for a full refund less shipping & handling. If the item returned has had the tags removed, or has been worn, washed, or damaged in anyway, a refund will not be credited and the product will not be returned. We also are not responsible for shipping costs back to our facility and will not be responsible for lost packages or items damaged during the shipping process. Please allow 8-10 business days to receive your refund starting from the time the item(s) arrives at our facility. The refund will be put back on the credit/debit card that was used for the purchase and a confirmation email will be sent.
Q-Who are the models on your website and are they available?
A- This question has been asked time and time again. The "models" on our site are in fact not real people but fakes. You can tell because they don't have complete heads, just the bottom part. If they were in fact living, none of them would have brains, making it impossible to conduct a good photo shoot. If you are still wondering if they are available, please re-read this paragraph.
Q-What forms of payment to you accept?
A- Currently we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Any credit or debit card with one of those 4 logos will work. Coming soon-PayPal
Q-I have a good idea for a shirt, what should I do?
A- This is a tricky question. We have many people who tell us they have a good idea for a shirt when in fact the idea is the exact opposite....not good. In such cases we will tell you "That's a great idea!" and that "We'll give it to our design department to see what they think", all of which is a big lie. The idea is usually laughed at and then forgotten.
Q-Ok, seriously, I have a good idea for a shirt, what should I do?
A- If you really do have a good idea and you've read and understand our policy on "Not Good Ideas" in the previous question, then fill out the Contact Us form and send us your idea! If we use your design, we will send you a shirt with your idea on it and maybe some other free stuff and maybe some money. We haven't figured that all out quite yet.
Q-I made a mistake on my order and I need to change/cancel something, what do I do?
A-It usually is at least 24 hours before your order is processed do to the high volume of orders received every day. If you need to make any type of change, please do so within 24 hours, otherwise your item(s) may have already shipped. In cases where the item(s) have already been shipped, the customer will be responsible for shipping the "mistake" back to our facility.
Q-Can you do screen printing on shirts for my school, club, youth group, church, bachellor/bachelorette party, reunion, or Bar Mitzvah?
A-We can help you out with all of your special events, just fill out the Contact Us form, let us know what you're looking for, and we'll do everything we can to help.
Q-Why am I being charge tax?
A- If your billing address in in Utah or you are having an item shipped to anywhere in Utah (even with a billing address outside of Utah) by law we are required to charge tax. Thanks gubment!
Q-What if there's a design I like but I want it on another color of shirt or maybe in a mens or womens size?
A-Please email us with what your are wanting using the Contact Us form and we'll be glad to try and fill your request.
Q-I'm interested selling Sunday Drive product in my store, do you wholesale?
A- We sure do. Please fill out the Contact Us form and include your phone number. One of our certified sales reps will be in contact within 24-48 hours.
Q-Do you ship internationally?
A- At the moment we do not. We hope that it is a service we will offer in the near future. However, it is possible to purchase something on Sundaydriveshirts.com from a foreign country and have it shipped anywhere in the United States.
Q-Does Sunday Drive condone violence?
A- It depends.
